YSD-4004 Paraffin Trimmer is used to remove excess wax from the outside of a tissue cassette and to clear the edge of the cassette of excess wax after paraffin embedding.

The Yushuoda Laboratory Paraffin Trimmer consists of five parts, which are:control panel,heating plate,metal faucet,waste paraffin collection tankandcharging port & switch.

The control panel of the wax trimmer has four buttons,a switch,and a settings button,a heating button,a cooling button.

As well as atemperature LED display window.

Temperature range:room temperature to 72℃.

The heating plate of the wax trimmer istilted.

Features:groove design; ridged heating surface.

This design can make the paraffin follow along the groove towards this holes and drip into the waste paraffin collection tank.

By sliding the outside of the block across the heated surface, excess wax on the outside of tissue embedding cassette will melt and flow away from the grooves and the hole at the lowest point flows into a waste paraffin collection tank.

The paraffin trimmer has a waste paraffin collection tank.

There aretwo iron magnetson the collection tank,which can be adsorbed on the paraffin trimmer.

There is amaster switchand acharging socketconnected to the power cord on the side of the Paraffin Trimmer.
